The overall working environment, legal framework in which NGO functions, statutory requirements and compliance etc. everything is very distinct from a normal commercial organisation. Even the very purpose of existence of NGO is the opposite of any commercial organisation. Jan Kalyan Samiti's are not for profit organisation whereas commercial organisation are for profit organistions.
